How to apply

1. Dilution: For heavy contamination, use neat. For routine cleaning, dilute 1:1 to 1:2 with clean water. Always test a small area first to establish the optimum strength.
2. Apply: Apply evenly to the affected surface using a watering can, brush, broom or suitable low-pressure sprayer.
3. Dwell: Allow the product sufficient contact time to penetrate and loosen contamination. Do not allow the cleaning solution to dry completely on the surface.
4. Agitate: Scrub stubborn areas with a stiff-bristle brush or broom where required.
5. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Pressure washing may be used where appropriate for the substrate.
6. Repeat: Severe or long-established contamination may require a second treatment.

Surface preparation

Remove loose dirt, leaves, debris and excessive organic material before treatment. Sweep or brush the area thoroughly. Protect adjacent plants, metals, fabrics, painted surfaces and other sensitive materials from overspray or runoff. Always test on a small inconspicuous area before full application.

Limitations

• Do not mix with acids, ammonia, other cleaning chemicals or unknown chemical products.
• Do not apply to sensitive metals, fabrics, vegetation or painted surfaces without first confirming compatibility.
• Some natural stone and coloured paving may be sensitive to strong alkaline cleaners; always test first.
• Do not allow concentrated runoff to enter ponds, water features or stormwater systems.
• Do not allow the product to dry completely on the treated surface before rinsing.
• Severe or deeply established biological growth may require repeat treatment and mechanical agitation.

Storage & safety

Store upright in the original tightly closed container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and incompatible chemicals. Keep out of reach of children. Wear suitable protective gloves and eye/face protection during handling and application. Avoid breathing spray or mist and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse cautiously with clean water for several minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists. If swallowed, rinse mouth and obtain medical advice.
